The development spans 190 hectares of land on both sides of the State freeway, strategically linking Cabo San Lucas with La Paz. The project is divided into two distinct zones, each catering to specific land uses.

The first zone, extending 500 meters along the oceanfront, will serve as the site for a major tourism destination. This area will include a state-of-the-art cruise terminal, a marina, an all-inclusive resort hotel, and luxury detached villas. A commercial and service village will complement the hospitality offerings, alongside a smaller hotel, a gas station, and a high-end transportation hub featuring both limousine services and a helicopter pad. This zone will also feature a private country club with a strategically located putting course.

The second zone, positioned to the east of the main road on a gently sloping hill, is designated for luxury residential development. The flatter terrain near the main road has been selected for the placement of the putting course, providing seamless integration with the surrounding natural landscape and enhancing the overall resort experience
